30Operating CMV with alcohol content 0.015+ (CMV out-of-service threshold)
A person shall not operate a CMV with alcohol content 0.015 grams or more per 100 mL blood, 210 L breath, or 67 mL urine. Out-of-service order for 24 hours. Operating in violation of out-of-service order is a misdemeanor.

A person, whether licensed or not, shall not operate a commercial motor vehicle within this state with an alcohol content of 0.015 grams or more per 100 milliliters of blood... A person who violates subsection (4) is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $100.00, or both.
