Statute text
A person, whether licensed or not, shall not operate a vehicle on a highway...if the person is operating while intoxicated...a fine of not less than $100.00 or more than $500.00, or, if the person is guilty of violating subsection (1)(c), a fine of not less than $200.00 or more than $700.00.
